The resort itself spans 1,000 acres on Cable Beach, with 45+ dining venues, a Jack Nicklaus golf course, and the largest casino in the Caribbean.

The Taste of Baha Mar on Friday, October 23, is the signature walk-around tasting on Jasmine Lawn. Live action chef stations serve dishes from every restaurant on the property, paired with inventive cocktails, and the evening closes with a live musical performance. Saturday’s Art of the Plate Foundation Dinner is an immersive dining experience where each course arrives as a living artwork inspired by Caribbean artists—think spice palettes and carvings on plantain tostón. The FUZE Caribbean Art Fair runs October 21 and 25, featuring artists from seven nations alongside panel discussions, guided tours, and live demonstrations.

Running March 11–15, 2026, this fourth annual edition blends world-class cuisine with Bahamian cultural energy across beachside venues, outdoor patios, and pop-up tasting areas.

Signature events include the Tacos & Tequila Fiesta with chefs Michael Symon and Aaron Sánchez, plus a musical performance by DJ Pauly D. The beachside Taste of Paradise, hosted by Tom Colicchio, blends Bahamian flavors with global influences and live local music. Jerk Jam brings chefs JJ Johnson and Antonia Lofaso for grilled meats, seafood, and a live performance by Sugar Ray. The weekend closes with an R&B Brunch headlined by Carl Thomas, offering elevated dishes and spirited cocktails.

For a more island-forward experience, the inaugural Taste of Exuma takes place May 14–17, 2026, at Grand Isle Resort in Emerald Bay. This is Exuma’s first festival dedicated entirely to food and drink, and it’s designed to be interactive rather than staged, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and partnerships with local farmers and fishermen.

The centerpiece is three nights of chef dinners. Headlining chef Alyn Williams, a Michelin-starred chef trained under Gordon Ramsay, has visited Exuma privately for more than a decade. He’s joined by Bahamian chefs Nigelle Thompson, head chef at Grand Isle and a native of Exuma, and Antonio Williams, executive sous chef at the British Colonial Hotel in Nassau. Daily live cooking demonstrations rotate between Sandy Toes Palapa and 23° North, building anticipation for the evening’s dinner. John Watling’s Distillery is the official spirits partner, with rum tastings and hands-on cocktail sessions led by co-founder Pepin Argamasilla at 23° North.
