The resort’s exterior might be motel-style, but the rooms are elegant and comfortable, reflecting a complete renovation after a hurricane. The on-site dive operator, Reef Divers Cayman Brac, with guides like BJ and Manny, ensures excellent diving experiences. After a day on the water, the Tipsy Turtle Pub is a perfect spot to relax by the beach and pool.

On Grand Cayman, Coconut Joe’s is a great spot for breakfast, especially their banana pancakes. You can even toss scraps from your meal to the feral chicks that roam the dining porch. The Sunshine Grill, a local favorite, manages to feel like a hidden gem even in the busy Seven Mile Beach area; their fish tacos and “Painkiller” cocktail are highly recommended. For a more upscale experience, Bacchus offers exceptional fine dining, with chef Keith Griffin’s garam masala grilled giant prawns being a standout dish.
